Mr. Ollis was very helpful, professional, responsive, and arrived on time and as scheduled. His work was thorough and he made certain that -- even after having to remove an area of lattice and screening to treat under the house - he returned the materials back into place as if they'd never been disassembled. Kim was terrific! Thorough, professional, very pleasant. However, you need to consider retiring that piece of equipment. I’m afraid she’s going to have a stroke in the summer heat trying to start it! It caused her to have to come twice. Thanks for everything.
